Our Services

​Authorized Court Transcriptionist

We are authorized to produce transcripts for proceedings held in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. To request a transcript, please visit the Authorized Court Transcriptionists for Ontario website and select Megan Schneider from the list of authorized transcriptionists or you may contact us directly using the form on our contact page or at contact@due-process.ca.

Process Serving and Filing

We will make at least three attempts to personally serve documents. Each attempt will be made at varying times of the day to accommodate varying schedules. We will take thorough notes of our observations, and speak to neighbours in an attempt to collect as much information as possible (if requested). The request for service can be made via email or the request form on our website. You will be provided an emailed copy of the commissioned Affidavit of Service the same day service occurs and our office will mail a copy of the original the same day. We offer filing services in the Kitchener, Guelph, and Milton courthouses. The request for filing can be made via email or the request form on our website.
